At Fragrantika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the delicate glass arrives safely at our warehouse.
Ship to Fragrantika
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
